The Greater Clinton Region offers a cost-effective, highly productive workforce that is receptive to various environments and schedules. Our labor force has a history of exemplary work ethic and keeping pace with technical advances in manufacturing and other industries.

Our Regional labor force is well educated with a range of skill sets and an eye towards innovation. More than 75% of those employed in our Laborshed have some level of education/training beyond high school—from trade and technical training to post-graduate degrees. The Region is home to a large population of professional, paraprofessional and technical staff (35%) as well as manufacturing and production employees (23%). Engineering talent is attracted by the dozen Fortune 500 companies that call our Region home.
